Option One: Submittals Only
We use your Microvellum data, drawing template, and methods to create submittal drawings. Customers often choose this method to catch up on submittals and then they take over the project from there. Once complete, we’ll give you a set of high-quality PDF files and the Microvellum project.
Option Two: Submittals and One Set of Revisions
This includes everything in Option One, along with one set of revisions. Once you have the field verifies and redlines, we adjust the drawings and give you a new set of PDFs and the Microvellum project.
Option Three: Submittals, One Set of Revisions, and Casework Engineering
This contains everything in Option Two, as well as work-order-ready cabinetry. It doesn’t include items like countertops, reception walls, or panel systems unless requested on the bid.
Option Four: Submittals and One Set of Revisions With Full Scope Engineering
This consists of shop drawings, revisions, casework engineering, and custom engineering, such as countertops and reception walls. For custom engineering, please specify any products you’d like incorporated.
Option Five: Engineering Casework Only
This includes a Microvellum project with casework products work order ready. You can send it to the shop to build, but there is no drawing or revision process. If it is a cabinet, it will be included.
Option Six: Engineering Custom Products
This option includes a Microvellum project with custom products that are work order-ready. You can send it to the shop to build, but there is no drawing or revision process. For custom engineering, please specify the products you’d like included.
Option Seven: Engineering Full Scope
This consists of a Microvellum project with casework and custom products that are work order-ready, but no drawing or revision process. For custom engineering, please specify what you’d like incorporated.
